
Ken Miles is the founding Pastor of K-W Christian Fellowship & has served as its Senior Pastor for 52 years. Pastor Ken’s passion for unity among the Churches has led him to be involved at a city-wide level in different capacities. He is past president of the K-W Ministerial and hosts a daily radio program on Faith FM called Life in Balance. He presently serves as President of Anchor Ministerial Fellowship, an ordaining body with a membership of 150 ministers. Pastor Ken and his wife, Kay have four grown children and are blessed with 9 grandchildren.

David s a passionate worshiper and ministry leader who oversees communications and the connection experience at the church. He holds a Master’s degree in Theology and is a graduate of Masters College and Seminary, where he also earned a diploma in Crossroads Broadcasting. With a deep heart for the next generation, David is committed to seeing young people encounter the Holy Spirit and carry the message of the Kingdom to a world in need. He and his wife Danijela are proud parents to three amazing boys — Luka, Niko, and Zion.

Jonathan is overseeing several areas, such as general operations, various ministries, and church engagement with the community. He brings a strong love for reaching out and engaging the local community with the gospel message, having deep personal connections to e3 Canada / I Am Second.
Jonathan and his wife Sylvia have been blessed with a daughter and two sons, Kaitlynn, Zachary, and Nathan

Beth Schilling has been working in the Church office for 20 years and has attended K-W Christian Fellowship with her husband Andy for over 23 years. Beth supervises several ministries in the church and oversees the office administrative duties. Beth’s love for the church makes this more than a job-it makes it an act of worship to the Lord.

Lisa leads the Children’s Ministry at KWCF with a passion for helping kids experience the love of Jesus. Her journey began in childhood and grew through years of teaching and leadership, shaping her heart for creating spaces where children feel safe, valued, and known by God.
She also loves building a team culture where volunteers can grow, connect, and enjoy partnering in meaningful, joy-filled ministry.
Lisa is married to Brian, and they have four wonderful children: Alysa, Noah, Abigail, and Meghan. As a family, they enjoy worshipping and serving together at church.

Brandon serves as the Youth Director overseeing the Youth Ministry, where he brings his passion for mentorship and youth development to life. Having grown up in youth group himself, Brandon experienced firsthand the lasting impact that a supportive, Christ-centered community can have on a young person’s life. He has always loved working with youth, whether through volunteering with organizations like 360°kids or coaching basketball teams. His heart for guiding young people both spiritually and personally drives his commitment to helping them grow in their faith, character, and confidence.

Marko serves as the Worship Ministry Director, where he leads with a deep passion for creating spaces where people can encounter God through music and worship. Having been shaped by worship from an early age, Marko knows the power of Spirit-led praise to bring healing, unity, and transformation. Over the years, he has poured into worship teams, mentoring musicians and vocalists while fostering a culture of excellence and authenticity. His heart is to guide people not just in singing songs, but in drawing closer to Christ, cultivating a lifestyle of worship that overflows beyond Sunday services.
