Why We Need Wisdom

Godly wisdom positions you not just to fight, but to prevail — because when wisdom leads, victory follows.

1. Leave a legacy

By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established. Proverbs 24:3

“What we do in life echoes in eternity.”

Make choices today with eternity in mind.

2. Navigate Difficulties

Wisdom helps us make right choices when faced with difficult decisions (James 1:2-8).

Wisdom is not knowing the difference between right and wrong. It is knowing the difference between right and almost right.

3. Keep Our Hearts Pure

Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. 1 Cor. 3:18-19

In a world of fools, wisdom looks foolish. But true wisdom endures when folly collapses.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. – Romans 12:2
