Humanity’s greatest need isn’t just knowledge, but the salvation and transformation of the soul.
John 14:15-21 & 26
“If you love me, obey my commandments. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate, who will never leave you. 17 He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth. The world cannot receive him, because it isn’t looking for him and doesn’t recognize him. But you know him, because he lives with you now and later will be in you. 18 No, I will not abandon you as orphans—I will come to you. 19 Soon the world will no longer see me, but you will see me. Since I live, you also will live. 20 When I am raised to life again, you will know that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. 21 Those who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me. And because they love me, my Father will love them. And I will love them and reveal myself to each of them. But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.”
Acts 1:8
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
1 John 5:1
Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves whoever has been born of him.
John 3:3
Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.
Paul said you are the temple of the Holy Spirit; the Spirit now dwells in you.
1 Corinthians 6:19
Everything God desires to accomplish in your life today—and in the lives of others—will be through the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.
When the Holy Spirit becomes the first person you turn to each day, your life—and the lives of those around you—will be transformed.
What is the Holy Spirit leading me to do in this very moment?
What is the truth the Holy Spirit wants me to know right now?
What words of Jesus do I need to be reminded of?
Where do I need His strength the most?
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church. Ephesians 3:20-21
His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness. 2 Peter 2:1-3
Our role is not to struggle to get God to do something, but to trust in His promises and the power already at work within us.
