Refresh and Refocus Short Stops

Our Spiritual Journey Requires Spiritual Stops to Refresh and Refocus

Throughout History God’s People have had Scheduled Times to Stop and Renew Spiritually

Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice. Psalm 55:17

God’s Plan for Success Includes Daily Times of Renewal

Therefore, we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.   2 Corinthians 4:16

… according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit. Titus 3:5

Spiritual Hunger Drives Me to Refresh my Soul and Refocus on my Goal

He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.  Ps.23:3

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.  2 Corinthians 4:7

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.   Romans 12:2

… put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him.  Colossians 3:10

… strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees, and make straight paths for your feet.  Heb.  12:12
