God’s Plan for Pain

Posted on 01 Sep 2024, Speaker: David Nikolic

To grow, we all need Consistency and Patience.

We make choices – choices make us.

Every experience and every pain we have in life is there for a reason.

Every trial we go through is supposed to produce something.

The Greatest Pains Become The Greatest Strengths.

Consider it all pure joy, my brothers and sisters whenever you face trials of many kinds, (when troubles of any kind come your way) 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. James 1:2-4

Having faith in God does not mean we will not face troubles of any kind.
Trials can be a great opportunity for joy.

God’s plan for our pain is to strengthen us through it.

1. We Never Stop Growing in Our Spiritual Life.

2. Endurance Patience is only built through periods of pain and recovery.

Hebrews 6:12 says through faith and patience, we inherit the promises.
We need patience to undergird our faith when we get weary.
Psalm 23:1 which says the LORD is my shepherd, I will not lack.

3. Blind Spots and deficiencies – we all have them.

In The End, It’s Worth It.
God plan for our pain is to strengthen us through it.

If you are suffering in a manner that pleases God, keep on doing what is right, and trust your lives to the God who created you, for he will never fail you. (1 Peter 4:19 NLT)

He wants to refine our faith.
Perseverance Leads to Spiritual Maturity and Completeness.
God never wastes pain.
Stay Strong in Faith, Perseverance, and Trust.
