Dear Parents,

God places a high value on children. They are important to him, as found in Mark 10:13-16 (NIV).

People were bringing little children to Jesus to have him touch them, but the disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them.

Today’s kids come from a variety of home environments, face all kinds of challenges and are bombarded with secular messages seven days a week.  Pioneer Clubs’ midweek ministry will help your child build a solid faith foundation. Our goal is to provide children with an additional opportunity to form healthy Christian friendships to last a lifetime, learn how to apply biblical principles to everyday situations, memorize Scripture they have studied and develop life skills in a safe and fun environment. At Pioneer Clubs, kids learn that whether they are painting a birdhouse, baking cookies or studying the Bible, God cares about everything they do. Teaching Christ in every aspect of life is our goal.

The age groups offered here at K-W Christian Fellowship and their teachers are:

Members will receive a Pioneer Club t-shirt when they register.  They are encouraged to wear their t-shirt to club each week. In addition, we have some fun off-site field trips planned for the kids this year, so please stay tuned! The cost of registration is $25/ child which covers the cost of the t-shirt, as well as some of the club materials. For families with more than one child registering, the cost is $40 for 2 children; $50 for 3 or more per family. Payment can be given in person on the first night of club: January 13th.

Clubs meet regularly on Wednesday night from 7:00-8:30pm, beginning on January 13th.  Please bring your children to the sign in table each evening no earlier than 6:50 and pick them up promptly at 8:30 in the downstairs fellowship room.
